Home Cultivation Basics
An introductory, hands-on workshop for people who want to begin growing at home but may not know where to start. Participants learn about selecting a growing space, plant life cycles, lighting, containers, soil and growing media, watering, nutrients, environmental conditions, pest prevention, harvesting, and the mistakes beginners most often make.
Offered at community locations and partner dispensaries. May include a home cultivation starter kit, online learning resources and continued support through the Grower’s Network.

Learn to Grow
A structured 10-week experience through the full cultivation process. Each session builds on the last, combining instruction, demonstrations, practical assignments and ongoing support — plant health, environmental management, soil and nutrients, pest management, harvesting and post-harvest practice.
Tailored
Partner & Community Workshops
Built with dispensaries, nonprofits, housing communities, government agencies, schools and veterans’ organizations around the needs of their communities. One-off sessions, multi-session series or longer training cohorts.

Workforce Development & Career Training
Preparing participants for employment and entrepreneurship in the green, horticultural, controlled-environment agriculture and regulated cannabis industries. Technical cultivation education combined with career readiness, professional development, industry awareness and exposure to potential employers.
Depending on the cohort and partner, participants may also receive mentoring, hands-on experience, internships, employer referrals and support with resumes, interviews and job placement.

Six-Month Training Program
An intensive cohort-based experience building technical, professional and career-ready skills. Cohorts are kept to around 15 participants for personalized instruction. May include cultivation science, practical growing, workplace preparation, entrepreneurship, mentoring, site visits, guest speakers and connections to employment or further training.
Outreach
Neighborhood & Community Outreach
We take part in Neighborhood STAT events, housing-development events, resource fairs and community safety initiatives — providing educational materials, cultivation guidance, enrollment information and career-training opportunities directly to residents.
